These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Red Castle Services, Inc. website and describe general terms relating to our marketing services. By using this website or submitting a business inquiry, you agree to these terms.

Website use and business inquiries

This website is provided for general information and for legitimate business inquiries about our marketing services. Red Castle Services is a marketing company, not a healthcare provider. Do not submit patient names, diagnoses, medical records, treatment information, insurance information, or other protected health information through ordinary website forms.

Our services

Red Castle provides marketing, advertising, and visibility services for healthcare organizations, including search, local, AI-search, paid-media, website, reputation, and analytics work as described on the website. Service descriptions on the website are general; the specific scope for your organization is set out in your proposal, order form, statement of work, or service agreement.

Pricing, billing, and cancellation

• Standard plan pricing is published on the Plans & Pricing page.
• Standard plans are provided on a month-to-month basis, and no annual contract is required for the published standard plans.
• Standard services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
• There are no hidden fees.
• Work beyond the included scope is discussed and approved before it proceeds.
• Advertising spend is paid separately to the advertising platforms and is not part of Red Castle's management fee.
• Third-party tools, premium licenses, and similar costs may apply and are discussed before approval.

Website support, refresh, and video

Each plan includes a monthly website-support allowance as published. Unused hours do not automatically accumulate unless separately agreed. The Website Refresh Benefit is available under the published terms, including a 24-consecutive-paid-month eligibility requirement and a mutually confirmed standard scope. Included short-form video is limited to the plan allowance, and items such as on-location filming, talent, large productions, and additional videos are handled separately as described on the Plans & Pricing page.

Client responsibilities

• Provide timely access to accounts, platforms, and credentials needed to perform the work
• Provide timely reviews and approvals so work can proceed
• Ensure the accuracy of information, materials, and claims you provide
• Review healthcare, clinical, technical, legal, and other regulated statements for accuracy and compliance before publication

Intellectual property

Materials you provide remain yours, and you grant us the rights needed to perform the work. Red Castle retains ownership of its own tools, methods, and pre-existing materials. Third-party materials remain subject to the rights and licenses of their owners. Ownership of specific deliverables is addressed in your service agreement.

No performance guarantees

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside any agency's control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, appointments, revenue, or return on investment. Search, advertising, and AI platforms change over time, and results from AI-driven platforms in particular can vary.

Service availability and acceptable use

We may modify, suspend, or interrupt the website or services for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms and any signed agreement. Cancellation of standard services requires 30 days' written notice.

Refunds

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Red Castle's liability arising out of or relating to the website or services is limited as described in your service agreement. This section is provided for general information and is subject to the specific terms of your agreement.
