Advertising spend is paid separately to Google, Microsoft, Meta, or other advertising platforms. The published plan price covers the approved number of accounts, channels, markets, and management complexity. Larger or unusually complex media programs are discussed and priced before approval. There are no hidden fees.

Every plan includes a named human point of contact plus phone and email support — you are not handed a dashboard and left to interpret everything alone. Real people review the work, guide priorities, discuss what is and isn't working, and remain accountable for what Red Castle performs. Technology helps us analyze faster, but people make the recommendations.

No. Red Castle does not limit your campaign to an arbitrary number of keywords, and we do not publish content simply to satisfy a fixed monthly blog quota. Search demand is broader than a short keyword list, so we work across search, Google Maps, local discovery, AI-generated answers, paid media, your website, reviews, and conversion paths. Content and other work are prioritized around opportunity, relevance, business value, and your plan's capacity.

Every plan includes a defined monthly website allowance — up to 2 hours on Visibility Essentials, up to 4 hours on Growth, and up to 6 hours on Market Leader — for approved website work such as content updates, imagery, routine fixes, basic layout and conversion improvements, and tracking support. Unused hours do not automatically accumulate unless separately agreed. Active clients also become eligible for a website refresh after 24 consecutive paid months on an account in good standing, covering the primary marketing website within a mutually confirmed standard page, design, and functionality scope. Ecommerce, patient portals, custom applications, complex integrations, and similar specialized work are discussed and priced separately.

Growth includes one short-form edited video per month, and Market Leader includes two. These are edited from source material such as client-provided footage, existing brand assets, approved stock footage, motion graphics, text overlays, or voiceover where appropriate. On-location filming, actors or talent, extensive animation, large production shoots, and premium stock licensing are separate and can be scoped before approval. Visibility Essentials does not include a monthly edited video, though video strategy or recommendations may be included when relevant.

Marketing outcomes depend on your market, specialty, competition, budget, and other factors outside any agency's control. We focus on sound strategy, transparent execution, and honest reporting, and we are clear about what the evidence can and cannot show.
